SolprobStudio provides an AI 360 Diagnostic service for small and medium-sized businesses. The service helps identify manual processes, files or spreadsheets that could be converted into software systems, required integrations, and risks related to legacy systems.

Based on the information provided by the client, SolprobStudio may deliver reports, recommendations, technical findings, and an automation or modernization roadmap.

By using our services, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate and lawful information.
• You have the right to share any documents, files, process descriptions, screenshots, diagrams, system information, or repository access provided to us.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating the recommendations before implementing them.
• You will not provide confidential third-party information without proper authorization.
• You will not use our services for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

To perform the diagnostic, we may analyze documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, process descriptions, diagrams, interviews, questionnaires, system information, and, when authorized, software repositories.

You retain ownership of all materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to review, process, analyze, and use those materials only for the purpose of delivering the requested diagnostic, roadmap, recommendations, or related consulting services.

SolprobStudio may use AI tools to support analysis, classification, documentation review, process mapping, system assessment, and recommendation generation.

AI-assisted outputs are intended to support business and technical decision-making, but they may not be complete, error-free, or suitable for every specific case. Final decisions, implementation, and operational changes remain the responsibility of the client.

Depending on the selected service package, deliverables may include diagnostic reports, process maps, risk assessments, automation opportunities, integration recommendations, modernization roadmaps, or implementation proposals.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables are provided for internal business evaluation and planning purposes.

All methodologies, templates, frameworks, software, designs, documentation structures, and know-how developed by SolprobStudio or ExagonSoft LLC remain the property of ExagonSoft LLC.

The client retains ownership of its own business data, documents, systems, processes, and confidential information.

We take reasonable measures to protect confidential business information shared with us. We will not intentionally disclose client confidential information to unauthorized third parties, except when required by law or when necessary to provide the service through trusted providers under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Some services may be offered as paid diagnostic packages. Pricing, scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms will be presented before the service begins or agreed in writing with the client.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate proposal or approval.

SolprobStudio provides analysis, recommendations, and roadmaps based on the information available at the time of the diagnostic. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, cost savings, software performance, implementation success, or financial results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExagonSoft LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or damages resulting from decisions made based on our recommendations.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Uruguay, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
